We have recently been cited by the Audit Commission as the most improved ALMO in the country from 2006 - 2008 and plan to start on site with the first new build scheme for any ALMO nationally. We are looking to appoint a highly ambitious and self- motivated maintenance professional who can make a real contribution to achieving our vision. A key challenge will be to procure a new £40 million cutting edge repairs service incorporating high standards and the latest in service delivery techniques and ICT developments incorporating collaborative working with contractors.

We need someone exceptional who understands the business and is able to manage performance, strategic development plans and strategies for growth into new areas of income for our in-house contractor.

You will have a proven track record of leading construction services from any sector and with excellent business organisational skills you will motivate our already high performing team.
